Hey friends and happy Monday. I hope everyone had a good weekend. I will say mine was pretty uneventful and painless (per say). Friday night we went dancing, and that was a bust. Saturday I worked, and same yesterday. NO ONE came in all weekend. It was BORING. Luckily though, i was able to meet the new people, and get a perspective on them and how it is going to go.

Personally I see neither one of them lasting very long, one is too sure of herself, and the other just does not like people that much (not sure why she wants to work in a museum at the front desk though). However I wish them both the best of luck, and cannot wait to see how it all turns out.

Okay, so back to this post’s title. As this post is posting I am leaving a job and starting a new chapter, and well maybe not starting, but ending one at least. I am leaving my job at the museum today. It has been a long and hard decision to come by, but right now I feel that it is in my best interest to depart from the museum, and pursue other options. The museum was a great job, and I truly loved my coworkers. However, I have been there since I graduated college so my interest have changes. To truly advance in a museum, I would need to further my degree. Right now I do not know what I want a masters in, so getting one would be stupid.

So now I am back to one job, a youth group and school has ended also. So now I have a lot of “free” time on my hands. However, looking for a job is like having a full time job without pay (which sucks). Luckily I can devote a lot of time this week and next to truly job hunting and relaxing. I think I am spending Christmas with my mother so there will be a lot of down time (mainly sleeping) and not being distracted by Richmond. However, I will be back in town for New Year’s, and hopefully having a great time!!
